Hey Match Masters fans! Ever spotted that little clipboard icon on the right side of the game’s home screen? That’s where you’ll find “Today’s Tasks,” and more importantly, under that is the Master’s Challenge. Let’s talk about what this challenge is all about and share some super helpful tips that could help you complete it.
What’s the Master’s Challenge?
When you tap into “Today’s Tasks,” you’ll see your three daily tasks lined up. Complete these, and you’re doing great, but there’s something even more exciting beneath those: the Master’s Challenge. There you see a treasure chest waiting to be unlocked, and next to it are seven keyholes.
Each level of the challenge gives you a different goal or task. Nail it, and you snag a gold key to advance. Fill up all seven slots, and bam—the treasure is yours. This time around, the prize is x3 Cat boosters and a black Special Edition box, which I’m pretty sure holds 3 SE boosters. Pretty sweet, right?
Stuck on a Tough Level?
Currently, I’m wrestling with level 5, where I need to win 2 tournaments. I’ve won one, but the second one’s proving a tough nut to crack.
A Secret Tip for Winning 10 Games in a Row
Often, one of the Master’s Challenge levels might ask you to win 10 games in a row. Sounds impossible, right? Especially since losing just one game can mean starting over. But here’s a little secret that might just make your day: play solo games. Yes, I know what you’re thinking—solo games are a beast, and most of us avoid them like last season’s leftovers. But here’s the catch: sometimes, these solo games are tagged as “easy.” While they’re still challenging, they count towards the Master’s Challenge, and here’s the kicker—if you lose a solo game, it doesn’t reset your progress in the challenge. This loophole can be a game-changer for clearing those nerve-wracking tasks.
Personally, in the last challenge, I lucked out, won a Train, and killed it on Color Crush. However, a few of my teammates followed this solo game strategy and it worked. Another tip for winning 10 games in a row is to take a short 10 min break between each game. A few teammates shared that it seemed each time they returned to the game they were up against a lower booster. Not a guarantee but at least 3 people said this worked.
