Match Masters Teams: To Join or Not To Join

Posted on 02/26/202404/14/2024 By AgentSourDough No Comments on Match Masters Teams: To Join or Not To Join

Hey Match Masters players! I’ve been playing for about 3-4 months now, and have some helpful incites to share. First of all it’s good to know that this game gets way better once you hit 30,000 trophies. That’s when you unlock Legends League, a monthly event for the top players, and gain access to better boosters and better rewards.

But before you reach the big leagues, being a part of a great team can make a huge difference. So, should you join an existing team or create your own?

Joining an Established Team:

  • Pros:
    • Less responsibility: No need to manage the team yourself.
    • Potentially find experienced players: Learn from the best!
  • Cons:
    • Finding the right fit: Finding a team that matches your playstyle and activity level can be tricky.
    • Getting kicked out: Some teams have strict requirements, so be prepared.

Tips for Joining a Team:

  • Team hop: Try out different teams to find the right one.
  • Look at the leaderboard: Top teams might not be the best fit for beginners.
  • Check team details: Look for open teams with reasonable trophy requirements.
  • Make a good first impression: Donate stickers/boosters and be active in chat (don’t be afraid to say hi and always thank other members when they help you out).

Creating Your Own Team:

  • Pros:
    • Full control: You set the rules and decide who stays.
    • Build a community: Form friendships and have fun together.
  • Cons:
    • More responsibility: Managing the team takes time and effort.
    • Finding active players: Keeping your team engaged can be challenging.

Tips for Creating a Team:

  • Set clear expectations: Let new members know what you expect from them.
  • Promote active members: Reward engaged players with admin roles.
  • Remove inactive players: Keep your team active and healthy.
  • Embrace the chat: Build a friendly and supportive community.

Remember:

  • Reaching 30,000 trophies unlocks better boosters and more fun.
  • Team events offer exclusive rewards and opportunities to collaborate.
  • Request help from teammates: Get booster donations (after 30,000 trophies).
  • If you are new to the game or unable to be committed, it’s probably better to join an existing team.

My current team, 214DangerZone, is fantastic! They’re active, friendly, and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a great team, check them out!

I hope this helps you navigate the world of Match Masters teams! Feel free to share your own experiences in the comments below.
